This is the third graphics assignment for EDET 703. The assignment was to create a logo, so I opted to work with my monogram, which could be seen as a logo for my personal brand in the future.

The images were created in GIMP.  The 3-D image was created using the Bevel filter, as well as a lot of trial and error.  I knew that I wanted to utilize one of my favorite color schemes in my logo as well as to keep it simple, to make it easier when manipulating. Keeping it simple turned out to be a smart choice, since there were fewer parts that could be left out of an edit.

The original files of the images are 4 inches by 4 inches (600px by 600px).  The versions on this page have been scaled to 200px by 200px.
